"Ellis was always a hardworking young man who did whatever we needed him to do.  He was a good teamate that the guys in the lockeroom could depend on.  I've seen him grow from a young man into a great father and husband that has a passion for serving his community.  I'm proud of him".

- Tony Dungy  Hall of Fame NFL Coach

"My experience in coding class with Mr. Wyms was so fun this summer.  I liked that when we needed help with one of our problems he helped us with them.  The second thing I liked about the class was the coding games.  The third thing I liked about the class was that at the end of the class Mr. Wyms showed us a videos on different things.  For example, the videos he showed us at the end of the class was The Secret Millionaires Club, which was about money. In conclusion, I really liked coding class and I hope that we have that class during the regular school year".

"The kids and parents were estatic about their experience and The Wyms Foundation's camp.  The kids had fun and learned alot of new exercises and drills.  I had multiple kids tell me at the end that this was the most fun the had at a camp".

- Marquell Speed  YMCA Youth Director

"I like coding because it challenges me.  I also liked how the program showed us videos on how to complete each level.  Mr. Wyms, the instructor, is very smart.  I also liked the Secret Millionaire Club videos.  He tells us what we did wrong, and helps us fix the mistake.  I really like that".

"Ellis has volunteered his time and resources to support our mission.  He has been commited to serving his commuity and helping our youth improve. I know that he is someone we can count on to represent what it means to be an ALL-Pro Dad.  Im sure The Wyms Foundation will do great work in the Houston community".

- Darren Grey  Director  ALL Pro Dads

"Before the AFCS program, I was not familiar with coding.  I had heard the phrase before but I was not totally sure of what coding consisted of.  After the first sessions with AFCS, not only were the scholars hooked, I was too.  This program has opened a new realm of career opportunities for our scholars that they did not know existed.  Our scholars were hooked from the first day of class.  Scholars come in, log on and start working on puzzles BEFORE Mr. Wyms and I can get the virtual component up and running.  It's amazing to me because all I hear during class is the clicking of mice.  Our scholars are engaged and enthralled with this program.  AFCS is definitely worth the time and energy that the students and I invested.  As a teacher, there is no greater reward than seeing my scholars excited about learning and the AFCS program definitely excited them".

- Katrina Golden, Teacher

"GEO Prep Mid-City was very fortunate to participate in the Atlethes for Computer Program this summer. This program introduced our scholars to computer programming. The level of engagement exhibited by our scholars was amazing to observe. Scholars were challenged to problem solve and think critically to solve puzzles as they learned coding.
Thank you Mr. Wyms for allowing us to have  this learning opportunity. You were an awesome instructor! I look forward to implmenting this program in the fall.."
